My internet and phone are not working - the back of my TV is a knotted mess of cables - way more than the things I have hooked up. Somehow phone and internet got disconnected - modem is not connected.
I figured I could just put the cable for the TV into the wall, so I at least have TV. Cox cannot come until Thursday, unless someone else cancels. I have to use the apartment computers on the 4th floor to check e-mail and internet.
I was not happy about this, but our manager is out of the office, and the person sitting in the office is a maintenance employee. We have Wi-Fi in several open spaces on my floor, but the person in the office will not give me the apartment's password so I can use my laptop in the common areas on my floor.
I am not a happy camper.
